All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Echelon Fabrications are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after an order has been placed, except in the event that an item is delivered faulty or damaged.

Please carefully review your order, including the size and color selected, before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To request a replacement, please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or video showing the fault or damage

Once we review your request, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement.

If the item is determined to be faulty or defective, Echelon Fabrications may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, washing, alterations, or misuse does not qualify as a faulty item.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for a different size or color, provided that the requested size or color is currently available.

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery and the item must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unaltered
In its original condition
With original tags/packaging, when applicable

If the requested size or color is unavailable, we cannot guarantee an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special releases are subject to the same final-sale policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
