Shipping related questions
Most items will be shipped out within 1-3 days after payment processing. If your payment has been processed and confirmed by 3pm, expect your item to be sent out that same day.
Your tracking number can be located in two ways. The first applies to everyone, after receiving your confirmation email, you will receive a tracking email, that contains your tracking number. This email will get sent out once your order has entered the shipping process. The second way of locating your email will only be available for those who make an account. if you have signed up for an account you can go to the My Account tab in the top right side menu.
Yes, after receiving your confirmation email, you should receive a link that will direct you to track your order. You can also do so, by either clicking Track my order located at the bottom of the site page, or here, where you can input your email and order number, or tracking number sent to you via email.
During the checkout process you will be asked to input your address. After you have placed your address in you will be given a list of shipping options in which you can select the shipping time and courier based on your preference.
